Whatapp Broadcast list vs. Whatsapp Group chat

Using Whatsapp 'Broadcast' has a few benefits over using 'Group chat'. With the Broadcast list feature, you can send a message to several of your contacts at once without adding them to yet another group! This is great for class rep class Whatsapps or a year 6 leavers.
👍 Parents don't get annoyed that they have been added to yet another group chat. They may be more receptive to your requests.
👍 They get the message as usual but none of the replies of a 'Group chat'.
👍 When they reply, it will appear only in your Chats screen; it will not be sent to other recipients in the Broadcast List.
👎When you send a message to a Broadcast List, it will only send to all recipients in the list who have your number saved in their phones' address book.
